you assume that 'the smart money' knew the bottom was $1.10 and re-bought.

even having a stop loss would have given a trader a marginal loss - no? so whats your point?

its easy for you to come in here using hindsight and make (sweeping) criticisms about individuals that you dont know, have no knowledge of their trading history, no understanding of their personal circumstances etc.

most of us i have communicated with on this thread have traded in and out of this stock since the gfc, and made some good money. considering it was worth $2.40 pre gfc, and down to 4c when i began trading it, there was always considerable upside on the table if you believed it could be turned around, and the banks would extend credit.

those of us that took the punt profited well - these are the 'real winners'.
but as it recovered, it suddenly turned - due to poor board and management decisions (ie 20 for 1 consolidation) - and some have lost money (stop or not) unnecessarily.

i would be excited to hear how you knew to pick the bottom of this stock? oh thats right - hindsight.

i could post in a huge number of threads the same thing you have, scorning those who are sitting on a loss thanks to the gfc - but why would i? arrogance?

i'm missing the point of your response obviously - surely you didnt spend time posting a 'haha - you lost money' comment?
