re: why are we in iraq. singas, since you can't see your own paradoxical thinking, let me point it out:
We wish to interfere with Indonesia because their laws are cruel and by having a DEATH sentence for minor offences -particularly applied to foreigners who have their own sovereignty rights under international law (of which you're tatally ignorant) and therefore, also kill innocent -yes, by OUR standards, people.
We have interfered in Iraq, IN SPITE of the fact that they, like the Indos have their OWN LAWS and are a sovereign nation and have not -before the war started, killed anyone from a foreign country, (in similar circumstances). We have interfered -even to take your idiotic reasoning- in another country because of OUR STANDARDS!
(The fact that we've violated everything that has to do with international justice and moral propriety is another issue which has been discussed very extensively here already and we need not go over it at this stage.)
But:
While you want us to intervene in Iraq, you scream that the Indos should keep their laws as they please themselves, in spite of the fact that these laws kill not only their own citizens but ALSO ours!
