tcisboss, I have made money in property, i had 26 at one stage, what i am saying from today 30/4/2011 if you buy as of now, the returns will not be there for the forseable future...(many years imo) so, maybe invest elsewhere and when property looks like a good investment again , the look at property. Property has become a huge investor ponzi scheme...no more investors paying over the odds, the music has stopped...still waiting for replies to my crunching of numbers in an earlier post...seems no-one is able to at the moment,
