I am not the one causing this housing bubble to crash.
It's crashing under it's own sheer weight.
It wasn't me who egged "those" on that property is such a sure bet (you know who they are) that "some" are now saddled with a mountain of debt and an ever shrinking net worth.
BTW, SDL just went capital raising. The stock has just reached another major derisking milestone. A retrace is a normal reaction in all CR events. It's now position for the next spike. BTW, my SDL investment isn't too shabby at a 4 bagger !
