Yes Mitta is ok and not getting too bad at his VSA analysis these days lol (he'll kill me for saying that but only kidding, he's very very good, I've learnt loads from him).

As far as scans well I scan daily and weekly for tests and no supply bars and then look at the results, look for longer term uptrends and stocks that are testing previous strength levels. Then I watch and wait.
