You see people like you with your numbers and your evidence and your reality just don't get it.

To be a successful property investor in Australia you don't worry about any of that stuff and you just BELIEVE.

It's kind of like that book The Secret.

And if that isn't working we can always just squeal to the government until they give us another FHOB boost or some other kind of subsidy to cover us.
