from what i can gather, an upgrade of the plant through-put size is unlikely because, 1) the plant has already been designed and ordered and we can assume is being constructed as we talk and 2) the EIS is based on a 3Mt p/a plant, so we'd have to scrap the 5 year EIS and start again...

that said, an upgrade in plant size would be a welcome surprise... fingers crossed... :)
