    I have this on good authority (from a friend of a friend of a mates brothers wife).....

    Apparently - the surveyors at Fugro and DOF are also speaking with the unions - so I wouldn't be too worried about the affects on Neptune.
    If this goes through - all rates will go up and Woodside/Apache etc. will be paying for it.
