According to company announcements, first off it was known as Bates Potash Co.

Then it was referred to as Batys Kaliy LLC. In the same announcement also came Batys Kalily LLC.

Lastly we now know it as Bayts (numerous mentions in the most recent quarterly.)

Some perhaps typos although thats sloppy. But why call it "Bates Potash Co." if thats not the name? A very specific as if incopororated name?

I guess why also did the director state that they were working mines already shipping product to China? According to all information so far, obvious that they arent.

Where's the shareholder's meeting which was to be immediately announced? I suppose immediate has different meaning to different people...

And where's the money for the next quarter's activities?

Where's the updated cashflow statement, to amend the initial statement's quite obvious calculation problem?

Who provided a company with no revenue with a $1 million loan and what are the terms of such a loan?

And of course what would a list of questions be without "Who is Madam Cheung?"
