Why would we buy new shares at 2cents when we can buy the old shares at 1.9cents?

How can they possibly believe (given the flagrant disregard displyed to common stockholders so far) that anyone in their right mind would partake in this offer.

This can only mean that they failed to get a cornerstone investor on board. Not surprising when all cornerstone investors see is new shares being created these last 9 months through covertiable notes that get immediately sold onto the market.

They seriously must think we are ALL idiots.

Perhaps, we are all idiots!!!
