My good friend (also an EER shareholder) just called me to let me know that he had just finished talking to Marc Basso (Our Managing Director, our Chairman...and Total El Supremo...).
Here are the Most salient points.
Indeed, as I endeavoured to explain in my first Post, today's announcement and figures re: the Indicated JORC Resource ONLY Include the 15% (of the Total Area South and North)Drilled BY XENITH, in the Southern area...
Thus: The 469 MT of Indicated JORC Resource Represents and covers ONLY the 15% of The Total (100%) of EER's Blackall Tenement areas....
Thus: If we were to assume that the Geological Structure of the Entire Tenement area is Identical (as thus far all drilling indicates) we will arrive at a Total INDICATED Jorc Resource (South and North) in Access of 3000 MT (or in excess of 3 Billion Tonnes!!!!!).
XENITH (the Consultancy firm) ONLY Includes -that's their Modus Operandi)- JORC Indicated Resource of the Area they Do their extensive and methodically meticulous Drilling. They Do not Extrapolate to come up with a Total figure, that is a Total Indicated Jorc Resource for the Whole Tenements (even though geologically they imply close geological characteristics).
So, it's Left Up to as To Make the Simple Calculations...
If 15% =469 Million Tonnes, 100% Of the Total -South-North-Area???
Well the answer is: In Excess the 3 Billion Tonnes of JORC Indicated Resource!!! (inferred a lot more)....
And-Very Important-That is Only to 150 Meters deep, For Mark Basso is Only (for the time being) Interested for OPEN CUT Mining (unlike some of Our neighbours who have come up with their Resources JORC...Including Drilling to a much deeper Depths)....

Mark, will be explaining all the above in an announcement to the ASX soon, agreeing that the Market (and shareholders) may have been confused by this morning's XENITH Announcement....

Cheers.....Things, JORC, appear to be, much- much better than we had expected....:))))
