Yes HR was/is partly to blame,no doubts.There are aspects QMN that being a newbie to QMN you may not be aware of and to many to explain but welcome onboard for the ride,you have entered at the right time.

By the way if you still hold in five years and it's still 10c,i would like to hear your thoughts.HR has changed his thinking and that's due in no small part to the long suffering share holder input.
