With reference to the following noted in Calzadas Dec 10 announcement last year do you know whether Phosphagenics plan to conduct further studies of their own to prove this treatment effective for weight loss as the current cream formulation?

While AOD9604 showed early promise in treating obesity in clinical trials it failed to reach the chosen efficacy end point in a large Phase II trial in February 2007.
