Universal Trader as a rule (green/red) anyone investing in property now I would classify as a very poor investment decision from an economic point of view.
If you can pick the golden goose in a sea of blood you are an intelligent investor and wealth may follow. For most they are in my opinion booking a ticket to the cliff edge.
