Cash....It says $1000. They had to delist. No doubt they thought they would get the cash from the Mn but did not.
Fundamentally the company is as it was before with 25% given to Jazzman for the extra leases. They have been miming for a long time at the ore stockpiled...how much do we know? at least $20,000 tons maybe more( they have had a while unlisted!), and it is half Mn, valued at? say 30c a pound = several million dollars.
I need an expert to do this maths as I am not in this field.
In any event, the real value of the company, MC wise, is the dirt with Mn, + the blue sky of the dirt. Management will have to get its shit together, and appears to be, and soon they will announce a cash injection from someone, and we will be up and running. All those with shares rubbishing the company are short sighted as they will get a better price if they talk it up not down!
