a few points....
1. you won't likely see any substantial shareholder announcements after the CR because there just wouldn't be any big time institutions interested in HOG at this stage of its development - waaaay too risky....
2. I've lost count of the number of times the sp is destroyed after Hartley's involvement in CR's - why? probably because of Hartley's client base, they just want a quick buck and wouldn't be interested in long term stuff - plus, Hartley's couldn't care less about sp movements, they make their money via commissions, so seem to play both sides against the middle?....
3. IMO HOG got lousy advice about the CR timing and offering an spp at the worst time of the year for spec stocks is just crazy - plenty of people here could have offered them better advice for free....
4. HOG is just not market savvy - very poor communicators and too often late with "news" - the market does not respect that....
5. after steady earlier rises with low volatility the peak of 56c should never have been reached - the fundamentals didn't support it and look what's happened ever since - significantly higher volatility and a plunging sp - it's like two different companies - also IMO companies with a large number of shares in escrow often don't run true to form - why would those holders want the sp to run away when they can't cash in on any of it?
6. long gaps between any real news - likely to be the end of the year before results due from the wells planned to be drilled, and nothing much happening right now - where's the driver for any sp increase?
all just my opinion, but I can't see much improvement in the near future - and you'd better hope the one well that's currently operating doesn't have any setbacks, or else.....
