I agree the DERM approvals are probably a factor but beyond that is the spectre of the Q govt possibly not agreeing to any expansion down the track. Investors are perhaps a bit fixated on the Q story and unwilling to back the company on the basis of the offshore story. Points to management for diversifying into markets which have better power prices and an apparently reasonable regulatory environment.
I look forward to the day when these projects give the company the necessary impetus it needs to take things to the next level.
