The pricing is worked out 5 days before the issue of the shares, which won't be happening for at least 5 weeks, so the price will be worked out then not now, and it says a min of 80%, doesn't mean they can't it do it higher.Remember there has not been a placement done as yet ,this is only to get approval in place.
