YES it does have a bearing - well for me anyway !! I absolutely LOVE the eye brightening applicator - the ball bearing thingy. It feels so nice to roll it on and the metal makes it feel cold. Also with the face cream the "press down" application is fantastic because you use the exact right amount and you don't get any germs into the actual cream like (I imagine) you do when you put your fingers into the cream to apply time and time again.

The hand cream well, the tube is small and although I was complaining abouts size in an earlier post, its just perfect for the handbag. A bigger tube would be too cumbersome to carry on you at all times.

So......my view is that POH have really done their homework on this one.
