Did you even bother to read the quarterly? If you had you may have come across the following paragraph
"The roadshow is in no way associated with capital raising, rather is intended to strengthen on-market support for MHM. The director's of MHM are focused on minimising unnecessary shareholder dilution and will wherever possible utilize non-dilutionary mechanisms for growing the company."
