mja, high sovereign risk evaporates if the Chinese partner SDL. There is very little chance that Cameroon considers screwing an SDL/China partnership when you consider the amount of investment the Chinese are ploughing into the area. Money talks, the Chinese have lots of it, and African countries need lots of it to develop.
