CCC is now at its almost all time low following the bounce from great financial crisis.

Much of this stock and the stock market is about sentiment. There is no reason why CCC should not be 8 or 9c right now. It would not raise the beat of a butterfly's wings, it would not cause a ripple anywhere, if CCC was 8 or 9c right now. This stock is undervalued and is heading to 14c according to the Edison Valuation (twice printed and reconfirmed March 2011).
