Depart by ?. Should that read "Report" not "depart". Even if a report took 6 months and I doubt that it will take that long, we will still get going this year.
This is all part of the price manipulation etc derived to keep the SP fluctuations going that we have seen so often with LYC.
Fundamentals say the SP should be at least twice that it is at this stage. Without a doubt it is the best value that I see in rare earth without going to the 1000 to 1 specs like QUR. By comparison to that 1000 to 1 LYC is about 2 to 1 ON in the betting. DYOR thats just my opinion.
