    Try Tunisia I reckon.

A couple of things starting to gel in my confused mind.

Take a look at the Casimir Conference which Jurgen is attending in New York today.

Look at the attendees list and take a peek at all of today's presenters...All Canadian explorers and down the bottom..MEO Australia and Cooper Energy, another Aussie explorer.

Now Cooper Energy has mostly Australian exploration permits, but also holds two assets in offshore Tunisia:

Firstly it holds 100% of this one: (and my bet for MEO's buy-in)
    The Bargou Exploration Permit
    http://www.cooperenergy.com.au/our-business/activities/exploration/tunisia/113-bargou-permit.html

And holds 35% of this one:
    Hammamet Exploration Permit

I just find of coincidental that ALL the presenters today are Canadian explorers and the last two are Aussies, one with permits in Tunisia where "regimes have changed" Hmmmmm!

    Anyway...enough Sherlock Holmes from me.

All this is my opinion ONLY.
