    Why do you blame Hartleys when the sp falls.

    In most cases cap raisings are done after a big news push to strengthen the price.

    Hog management announced the cr in a news vaccum and the sp has continued to fall.

    I am sure that what we have is what they ecpected, I do not think HOG management are complete idiots.
