SI = sophisticated investor. pursuant to the law an SI is a status that allows brokers to provide discounted shares in a placement without a full length prospectus at an expedient time frame with lower costs. This allows reduced costs associated with a company's raising or placement fee along with a much more speedier time frame in which a company can go back into normal trading status.

Regarding the placement since its quite minor, if it comes with accompanying news about commencement of drilling, we should see a minor bump in price, to perhaps around 60-63.5c. Think anything more will be a plus.
