I tend to disagree. I'm starting to feel the company has nothing to do with recent SP action. Reckon an external party. Put it this way....if 3.3 cents is offered by the investor and the market "drops" all the way to 2.2 cents ...then suddenly the 3.3 cent offer looks too good to refuse. I believe we are all being led to believe that this 3.3 cent offer is like manna from heaven. I'm thinking we are being conned into taking this offer. My understanding is that Taifeng came a knocking on our door unsolicited. My gut feel is that PDY is spewing about current events. Reckon this offer will not complete. Either way PDY should let these Taifeng fellas come in and see how good the potential is so at least maybe word will get out into the market and get some price tension going on any future JV/cornerstone discussions
