    Nice succint summary. The facts are there on the table $600 million will be funded for a new refinery.

    ORD will have a large chunk of that pie. How big is unknown. Hazzard a punt SARCO will be worth over a billion dollars in a years time. Talking to Frank today china is keen to source from within, ORD provides this.

    Market cap should be 250 mil by christmas imo
