Ratings upgrade from BBB to A-

HELLOO: you do have the lowest ranking of them!!! Besides, these ratings are not worth the papaer they are written on. All the major US banks had great ratings before the GFC and they all had issues with their debtors and incompetent, bonus driven CEO's! HELLOO again!
