what the market isn't forgetting is the probability of a pile more stock being issued, be it for aim or as a component of future (needed) loans as before or a straight out placement, and their desire to get it as cheap as pos, ccc are rapidly backing themselves between a rock and a hard place...yes yes .all kinds of noises from management about no more issues,well i could put up quite a list of statements so far that were bs i'm afraid, besides what else would you expect them to say
