- what price they are paying for the copper
- if there is a time constraint by which CDU need to start supplying
- if there is a minimum quantity that CDU have to supply each year/quarter/month
- if there is an escrow period after which they can sell their shares
- how CDU will fund the remaining $70m to $100m they require before production is ramped up

jantimot, *very* fair questions to which I too hope to see answers soon.

however, I guess some of us having followed the company's story for 4 or 5 years and having personally met and chatted with management on several occasions have more faith in the company than others. I have friends who made a huge effort to travel very long distances to meet with Wayne at last year's AGM in Cloncurry. they gained much from that trip and returned very happy campers. I guess it's yet another vital ingredient of DYOR?
