It isnt the same well. D&L#1 blewout. D&L#2 is the producing well. That was my question to Razoronefive was this maybe a result of digging lower with the Completion Rig, instead of the Drilling Rig, that may have caused the BOP's getting clogged? As he also stated are they in too much of a rush?
I take OMR's point though that it must be a fairly high percentage that this stuck drill bit would happen. Especially drilling unknown ground like the salts. Have had this discussion with 5hareholder before. Makes you wonder why the put a bend in the hole? Safety reason?
Anyway thats something for geo's and engineers to argue over. As stated they have confirmed the resources and found a new one. We just have to wait and see. Just wish Google earth could be streamed live... LOL... Now wouldnt that change how we punt on the market.
