I wouldnt call ARD cheap as they are years from production if it happens. AYN are only mths away from full production with money coming in June/July from the Silver rich leach pads left by mmn. Easy money for AYN to drill harder and to pay for the upgrades at T/H. Not that they need much for that as they have cash and have already paid deposits for the items.
ARD will have its day closer to the go ahead of actually building a plant IMO.
