I would be pretty certain that it's just another capital raising. If it was to an institutional investor it would have read, fund raising initiative or something similar.

Every time the sp rises a bit on the back of a positive announcement, the board expect investors who have been sitting on a stock losing money to fork out more.

What price this time?

Very dissapointed with this, wish I sold a week ago but I never learn my lesson with this one.
