mmm, so... you are a saying you are an amateur part-time? Must be a good skill to be able to switch between an amateur and a pro when you feel like it. You are being a little bit contradictory methinks - either you are a trader (and by your own definition shouldn't be looking at HC) or you are not (in which case, why do you pretend to be?)

Not really insecure about STB - I am not a trader as such. I hold STB in my superfund - no point really selling at these levels and trying to buy back in at a lower price - safer for me just to take the CGT benefits on the LT gains. I just put my sentiment as "LT buy" today because I am not sure buying today is the best timing given world sentiment re commodities overnight - could change tomorrow though, but it might be next month, etc. Don't really have time over the next few weeks to try to guess.

Never said I knew commodities would be dumped. Just making a reference to your post at 10.56pm last night when it was becoming evident. Easy to slap on a ST Sell at that point.

Good luck with the day you start trading though. You applying for grad positions at the moment? Tough coming in just after the boom I know, but you just have to keep your eye on the prize. Probably have to curb the cockiness a bit though if you want to get ahead - just my thoughts.
