Finally .... The Cap Raise! They should have raised when they were around 3c!!!
Expect they will have to provide some signif discount if Sophisticated/institutional folks interested...
My guess is say... 1.3 or 1.2c.
I feel for all those folks who have hung on for the last several months only to be punished some more with this latest dilution. I don't understand the logic in waiting for the stock to fall to its lowest ebb for some time and then to raise ...???
