asf, l am a bit surprised that opened at 2.69 and then moved down to 2.64 on 3mil shares or so. those shares bought cant vote because it is too late, so some think the vote wont get the nod.
clearly some are happy to take the money and run, but l prefer to wait the month and get full pay!

need to check the voting site to see if it has been amended.
