hello?? any valad shareholders awake??

I cannot believe there is not a single post today on this thread ??? Haven't any of you seen the article on p27 of todays AFR???

Doesn't anyoner have a opinion on this??? The apathy amongst shareholders is appalling.

I stand to make $24,000 profit at the $1.80 bid so I really couldn't care less whether we get an increased bid or not. But for all of you who stand to make losses I would have thought todays artice would at least have generated discussion??!!!

Also, word has it that Blackstone were prepared to bid much higher than $1.80 and couldn't believe their luck when the Valad Board accepted their initial offer.
What a joke. And nobody seems to be pressuring the Board into trying to extract a higher price.

Blackstone must be doing sommersaults at their good fortune to be dealing with such a pathetic bunch of ametuers (Board and Shareholders alike!!)
