Ok Tedi own about 6.6% of fnt at the moment with 16.5 Million shares. To launch a takover you have to own 20% of a company at a minimum.

Say if they aquire a further 9 Million shares at 23c ( $2m Approx) in this raising, they will still only have about 25-26 Million shares.

So to launch a takeover they would need to buy a further 28 Million shares at 23c Minimum, as FNT won't need to rattle the tin for a fair while yet Ok Tedi would be buying on market which would put an enourmous amount of pressure to the buying.... :)

Then it has to go to the board and get the majority so along way off but just putting it out there...
