Gisy, unfortunately this as along with most businesses out there is a rotten truth.

This could potentially be a quick sell out. Based on how things are working it seems Mega don't have much cash...maybe 1 million but definietly not 32 million.

They need Uley to get cash.

Through all of this I doubt shareholders in Australia are a concern. For Mega there are far bigger fish in the USA and Canada that want direct access to the Uley value add.

The way things have been handled so far really shows very little respect for local shareholders and any value they can get.

If they were considered, we would have a JORC release, a clear explanation of what value local shareholders will get.

At this stage local shareholders need to know if SER holds JORC data and whether they are holding this back. THIS IS IMPORTANT.

You have to wonder as well, why doesn't a cashed up local company buy the asset? In this recent boom there would have to be some that are interested. Whatever they invest will be returned in the next 5 years and returned substantially.

All very strange.
