    Sck, there are no ground for Sumitomo to take action against Axiom. They could take action against the SI Government but that all. Its unlikly to happen IMO and if it does, it will take years to get to court and get a final judgement what with appeals, etc. Should not affect AVQ at all. But thats my opinion only.
