the art of negotiation...

instos want a sweetener, shareholders don't want to give it for obvious reasons...

how well can management negotiate? how many parties are there to to neg. with?

if the cash is urgently needed, as in a payment deadline looming, the sweetener may be required to get the quick and certain cash but then again if you have more than one insto courting you then negotiate away.

for the record i'd rather not see options given away but i would like to see the funds inplace to bring this baby on-line and pouring gold next year.......5 bagger at least from these levels
