Yes, I remember FRS and BRM having media coverage around merging possibilities, but FRS looks to have capitulated their part. Mozart, I am completely in the dark about what will happen here. I am wondering if BRM's share price is moving with WNI's share price.
I think FRS did a capital raising and WNI freed it as a defeating condition. Now BRM has no defeating conditions, which means they would accept BRM having a capital raising and not give up. It's quite an extraordinary situation.
