I should think that getting into a project, conducting a confirmation drilling program, a testwork program, a full feasibility study and government permitting in one year is about as fast as an express train can go. Try doing that in Australia ! One of my friends took 9 years to have an exploration permit granted due to native title in QLD. Don't even think about anything in terms of less than 3 years in QLD.
