    Ebay reflects the free market much more acurately than the paper COMEX or LBMA market on which many falsely believe reflect fundamentals. Most markets offering physical silver for spot price are being rapidly depleted. See Scotiabank for instance;

    I would hazard a guess that the Perth Mint is experiencing this type of buying wave also. Who knows even their unallocated account may be experiencing more than usual with-drawl requests?
