    I think I read the other day that as a result of Zimbabwe requiring 51% ownership in mines, Guinea have required that Rio Tinto pay an upfront fee of $700mil and 35% ownership of any mine they start in their country. I think another country in Africa was thinking of the same thing. Seems to contagious.
