they may have closed deal after market close but. deal is different to padbury it is a binding framework agreement not a non binding agreement. quite possible it is the same company but it is another deal, they also have an interest in imx resources. Psing tang have stakes in loads of companies and have had loads ZYL, BTU etc etc.
