i do not even know how much of this project ORD will own?

will ORD be involved in the IPO?

for example, currently ORD has 500m shares & options on issue

if ORD was required to raise 49% of $200m in an IPO at 20 cents, that would be another 490m shares

the Alumina Project has always been and remains convoluted to me

last year I was under the impression SARCO were in a JV with Lao Service Incorporation Ltd (LSI)

ORD have alot of shares on issue

i have no picture how this is going to pan out?
