Timing of TH means nothing except that it is likely news affecting both parties.
They both halted before trade the next day that's all they needed to do.

If it is news affecting both it is either JV or ports decision.

If a JV Nathan would have been risky buying as discussions were obviously advanced so IMO it is more likely a ports decision (which he may have had an inkling as to what was happening but would have had no control over).

So flip a coin - my vote is it lands on the edge and it is a 50 / 50 allocation split
(but that is purely a guess!)
