If CTO in fact have Australia's richest goldfield, and have numerous high grade reefs to mine, then all they'd need are a few air leggers from WA goldfields, and the gold would be flooding into the mill IMHO.
I was taken in by the hype, and sold out at 50% losses. It is amusing, and appalling that the spin continues unabated, whilst the ounces of gold produced by a work force of 110 is pathetic, and SP plummets accordingly.
So the questions needing answering:
Is the gold really there in high grades?
Is the hype and spin anywhere near the truth?
Does the management in fact have a bonanza grade richly endowned mine that they are unable to manage?
Is it a case of mining the shareholders?
I feel sympathy for all the LT holders who have swallowed the story, and continued to pony up cash on share placements, after repeatedly being assured "only one more tiny little hurdle and we'll be producing 100,000+ oz per year at a cost of $350/oz".
